Pig Roast Main Event Day
Starts at 11am at our home
with a Light Country Style Breakfast
moving over across the street to the Pig Roast at 1pm

** Pig Roast normally runs to about 7pm
Main food is served between 3 and 4pm

Eyre Dollars & Policy

As you all know and may have already enjoyed the benefit of them we have released a 2008 Give back program called
"Eyre Dollars"

To avoid confusion on how Eyre Dollars can be spent we thought an outline was necessary

Eyre Dollars are only valid with us through Eyre Designs directly.
We will not ask our dealers to accept Eyre Dollars.

Eyre Dollars come in values of
$5 $10 $15 $20 and $25

Eyre dollars have no cash value, refund or turn in value and can not be redeemed for cash. They can not be transferred to another collector nor can they be combined with any other discount or special offer release or promotion unless other wise mentioned in the release. Also Eyre Dollars do expire, we may or may not remind you so make sure you watch those dates!

Here is how Eyre Dollars Work
Eyre Dollars are to be used for General releases purchases. Eyre dollars will only be accepted on specialty releases when announced in advance. In most cases you will be able to use your Eyre Dollars on all releases but just in case we are disclosing the above.

Say you have (2) Two 10.00 Eyre Dollar Credits and you would like to order 1 piece. With the order of 1 piece you can use
(1) One of the 10.00 Eyre Dollar Credits. You will have to hold the other card until you are ready to order another piece.

Free Shipping

Eyre Designs now offers Free Shipping on orders
totaling $55.00 after all Eyre Dollars Credit and or other promotions are applied.

Eyre Layaway Plan

The layaway is pretty simple, it is 2 month plan you pay 1/2 upfront on the day of order and the remaining on the 1st of the following month. Cancellations are charged a 10.00 per piece fee which gets applied to your account as a credit towards your next orders
(we do not refund) all accounts must be paid in full by
12/31 of each year.
So any purchase made after 12/1 will have to be paid prior to 12/31. Shipping charges apply for all Layaway..

Octob-Eyre Fest 2008 Announced on Message Board

Morning all

As mentioned earlier we will be holding 1 Main Event here on Long Island, it will be our Octobeyre Fest Event and will be held October 24, and 25 2008.

Just like 2007 it will be Fall / Halloween themed.

More details will follow... no need to make reservations just yet we will get you all the details for mid summer.

Just wait till you see the piece we have planned for Attendees!
